Installment Map was created to help people visualize installments, outstanding balance, interest, monetary correction, and the effects of extra amortizations in SAC and Price financing.
Project purpose
The tool organizes user-provided data into a clear simulation, with a summary, charts, scenario comparison, and installment schedule. Its purpose is to support study, planning, and approximate checking of scenarios.
Independence
The site does not belong to a bank, banking correspondent, broker, insurer, or financial institution. It also does not intermediate credit, approve operations, or present binding offers.
Data and privacy
Calculations run in the browser itself. The site has no user registration, proprietary backend, or database to receive simulation values. Preferences are saved locally on the device.
Limitations
Results are estimates with no legal, contractual, or financial validity. Real contracts may include specific rules, exact dates, insurance, fees, taxes, variable indexes, and criteria defined by the financial institution.
